Preferred solution: A copy showing the charge went through my Triangle rewards and not on my credit card.

Customer service
Went into store on Steeles Avenue in Brampton at 10:30 am Friday August 6th. The store was a mess with shoes snd clothing on the floor.
All 3 employees were standing at the cash. No assistance on the floor. I asked for help and was told they were busy. Customers could hear them discussing their night out activities.
Not work related. Other customers comments wete no one worked in the store. I suggested that one person could maybe come out to help. I was told "thanks for the suggestion but we didn't ask for it" When I said I needed help I was told "yes you really do" and told I could always take my business somewhere else.
I asked for his name, he said Jordan and also replied "but I don't want your name ". All 3 employees, Jordan and 2 woman staryed laughing. My husband and myself left the store.
My business is not wanted at that location. I was going to purchase online but not going to until I see the response from head office.

Management disrespect
363 Kent St W, Lindsay, ON K9V 2Z7 Me and my wife had a terrible experience today while at this location.Shopping with my wife she had experienced an emergency and had asked a employee to use the restroom. The employee told us that restroom use is agianst policy.
We explained it was an emergency and asked to speak with a manager. When the manager came. We explained the emergency, and she was told to *** her pants or squat outside. As a customer of marks work warehouse for many years I am deeply offended by this.
This was an embarrassing and demoralizing way treat another human this way. The emotional distress that has been suffered by this event will not be forgotten. Is it really policy to treat your customers this way? I have never experienced the amount of disrespect from any establishment ever, to have people that represent your establishment act this way is an embarrassment in the least.
We were not only offened by these actions but deeply hurt from the lack of professionalism with this event.please contact me. We are considering sharing our experience.

Well you can only blame customers like yourself for throwing the clothing and shoes on the floor after trying them on rather than putting them back. Yeah they employees are paid to clean up after pigs(and I suspect you are one of them).
It all comes down to bad parenting, parents not teaching their kids to clean up after themselves, and put things back where they found them. Then when they are adults, they have not mastered this skill yet.
The footwear is indeed garbage.. I made the mistake of buying five pairs in various styles - two from the Bedford, Nova Scotia location and three through Mark's web-site.
Four of the five pairs became cracked and unglued within a very short time - the fifth pair is still in the box. I took the damaged footwear into the store and showed them to an 'assistant manager' who made weak excuses that just insulted my intelligence and suggested I should return when the 'manager' is in the store. One of these pairs of footwear that I showed her were boots which looked like they had literally exploded! When a company such as this deliberately sells such shoddy merchandise it reflects in the worse way on them and I will assume they are generally dishonest dealers.
I don't have the time or the inclination to follow up on this - I will just avoid doing any shopping with this company. Further more, I will take every opportunity to warn others.
