Trouble ordering with triangle rewards

I put my Triangle rewards # in, it was accepted, but I was asked to put in my credit card #, which I did. The receipt only shows the amount, doesn't show if it came off Triangle rewards. The receipt should show this and the remaining rewards amount. I would like to know if my order was completed as I directed.

Preferred solution: A copy showing the charge went through my Triangle rewards and not on my credit card.

User's recommendation: Good luck ordering with rewards. Doesn't show whether it went on card or was from triangle rewards and nowhere to find out.

got men's $30 medium size pj's with 43'' legs from the waste??.i was in a rush and assumed that medium would be standard sized....maybe it's faulty merchandise they are selling at high prices...the last pair i got a few years ago didn't have a fly ..i live out of town. couldn't return...will avoid in the future

Went into store on Steeles Avenue in Brampton at 10:30 am Friday August 6th. The store was a mess with shoes snd clothing on the floor.

All 3 employees were standing at the cash. No assistance on the floor. I asked for help and was told they were busy. Customers could hear them discussing their night out activities.

Not work related. Other customers comments wete no one worked in the store. I suggested that one person could maybe come out to help. I was told "thanks for the suggestion but we didn't ask for it" When I said I needed help I was told "yes you really do" and told I could always take my business somewhere else.

I asked for his name, he said Jordan and also replied "but I don't want your name ". All 3 employees, Jordan and 2 woman staryed laughing. My husband and myself left the store.

My business is not wanted at that location. I was going to purchase online but not going to until I see the response from head office.

Well you can only blame customers like yourself for throwing the clothing and shoes on the floor after trying them on rather than putting them back. Yeah they employees are paid to clean up after pigs(and I suspect you are one of them).

It all comes down to bad parenting, parents not teaching their kids to clean up after themselves, and put things back where they found them. Then when they are adults, they have not mastered this skill yet.

The footwear is indeed garbage.. I made the mistake of buying five pairs in various styles - two from the Bedford, Nova Scotia location and three through Mark's web-site.

Four of the five pairs became cracked and unglued within a very short time - the fifth pair is still in the box. I took the damaged footwear into the store and showed them to an 'assistant manager' who made weak excuses that just insulted my intelligence and suggested I should return when the 'manager' is in the store. One of these pairs of footwear that I showed her were boots which looked like they had literally exploded! When a company such as this deliberately sells such shoddy merchandise it reflects in the worse way on them and I will assume they are generally dishonest dealers.

I don't have the time or the inclination to follow up on this - I will just avoid doing any shopping with this company. Further more, I will take every opportunity to warn others.

I am a handicapped woman going through menopause. Today shopping at your Orangeville store. Terry (sales clerk). Ask me to to cover my noise with my mask that was temporarily pulled away from my noise as I was having a hot flash. I explained this to her she told me to go outside. Store was not busy at all and she was no where near me. I believe I am your shopping demographics and you have lost me as a customer. Your staff needs to know without customers there is no store

If you order online, you will be waiting..much longer than what their presumed maximum says. Made the mistake of trying this method twice..same both times.. Definitely will not be a third.. Poor service, customer service can't give you any real info or help..

Do not use Marks on-line store. Wasted an hour picking out items that were supposed to be in stock. After ordering got a message that my items were being shipped. Next day got an email that NONE of the items were available even though they were advertised as in stock. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I tried to apply my gift card to my online order but it wouldn't except it. I called the helpline. Talked to 4 people. They suggested to clear my browser history or try a different browser. I tried all that. Nothing worked. Called back the next day. A nice lady named Kayla applied my gift card balance to a new gift card number. Success!

I bought two pairs of 516 jeans , washed not more then 3 times and they both ripped by the back pocket was not snagged or cut in anyway,, is there any compensation as they were $80 each ,with COVID store is closed

Sunday morning just after opening. Only 2 people working at Victoria Square location in Regina. The young man was really helping an older lady and when he was done I asked for different colors in a specific size. He went to the back room twice to get me the right cargo pants. The young man on the floor and the young lady at the front were very polite and helpful. Excellent service and attitude.

Purchased hi-Tec waterproof hiking boots on nov 30. Wore them 3x in dry conditions. Comfy and light weight. First snow hike in dec.... feet soaked and cold mid hike. 2 hours into my hike and my boots Id only wore 3 or 4x before ruined. After examining them closely I see they have cracks in the material seams already. Contacted customer service and basically was politely told too bad we cant help. My bf had bought pair as well. His stayed waterproof about 3 weeks longer then mine but now his are also cracked and leaking. Crap product that we spent $370 combined. I have the debit receipt for payment but stupidly cant find the original receipt. Proof I purchased on nov 30 but clearly marks doesnt care

Junk Work Boots (Dakota) - Garbage Warranty/Return Policy

I bought my husband a pair of Dakota Men's 529 Waterproof Steel Toe Steel Plate Injected Welt Work Boots (size 9.5) in November of 2020 for an early Christmas present, and right around the 140-150 day mark (their return policy only covers 100 days) the inside heel portion of the boots pretty much just started disintegrating. They are now already needing to be replaced. Work boots should last a *** of a lot longer than 100 days, no matter what industry you work in. Will never buy Dakota again, likely wont shop at Marks again.

363 Kent St W, Lindsay, ON K9V 2Z7 Me and my wife had a terrible experience today while at this location.Shopping with my wife she had experienced an emergency and had asked a employee to use the restroom. The employee told us that restroom use is agianst policy.

We explained it was an emergency and asked to speak with a manager. When the manager came. We explained the emergency, and she was told to *** her pants or squat outside. As a customer of marks work warehouse for many years I am deeply offended by this.

This was an embarrassing and demoralizing way treat another human this way. The emotional distress that has been suffered by this event will not be forgotten. Is it really policy to treat your customers this way? I have never experienced the amount of disrespect from any establishment ever, to have people that represent your establishment act this way is an embarrassment in the least.

We were not only offened by these actions but deeply hurt from the lack of professionalism with this event.please contact me. We are considering sharing our experience.
