Online ordering system is terrible. Once ordered, an order cannot be changed or cancelled, or even seen anywhere online.
There is no way to find out what the status is or why there is a delay. My order took 2 weeks and 3 emails to sort out. The customer call centre is totally swamped and after a long wait tells you the order will ship the next day whether or not it will. Emails take days to be returned.
And since the store has a 14 day price adjustment policy, they give you a hard time to get an adjustment , even if the 2 weeks was taken up in shipping delay. Of course they charged my credit card immediately not when shipped.
I do not plan on dealing with Marks again until they decide if they want to be an online merchant or not. The level of service is just not acceptable.
